Renaming an item automatically updates existing project logs
Your own word for each status, on screen and in the minutes. The app keeps its own meaning behind it — the shape a client sees, what counts as open, and what the workbook stores — so nothing is re-tagged. Leave a box empty for the app's own word.
A meeting is named by its series and when it met — OAC · 2026-09-03 · 1:30 pm — so a cancelled or moved meeting never leaves a gap in a count. Usual time is what a new meeting of the series starts at on Prep; change it there for one meeting. The Summary sheet counts each series' meetings and their hours. A series that is not the client's makes internal meetings: on the screen with a mark, out of a client copy altogether. Changing a prefix renames that series' meetings everywhere at once.
Reset replaces every master list, the phase list, the holiday calendar, the tab and item names, the readiness matrix, the MS Project tag mappings and the five Who's Involved names with the app's starting sample values. Your logged records, team roster and project name are not touched.

A setup carries your buildings, disciplines, row kinds, readiness statuses, reviewing departments, priority levels, companies, holidays, tab and item names, the screen the app opens on, your MS Project mapping rules and your meeting series. It never carries a logged Issue, Action, Decision, Delay, Add-Service or Communication, and it never changes your Configure Columns layout or your AI settings — those stay with this machine.
